The number of sold listings increased by 0.51% from January 2024 (2,154 homes sold) to January 2025 (2,165 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 7.14% from $350,000 to $375,000 and sold price increased by 7.04% from $355,000 to $380,000. Median days on market decreased from 21 to 18.
Litchfield County
The number of sold listings increased by 11.2% from January 2024 (125 homes sold) to January 2025 (139 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 10.33% from $339,900 to $375,000 and sold price increased by 15.03% from $326,000 to $375,000. Median days on market stayed the same at 35 days.
