The number of sold listings increased by 3.59% from December 2023 (2,840 homes sold) to December 2024 (2,942 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 13.46% from $352,450 to $399,900 and sold price increased by 12.29% from $360,000 to $404,250. Median days on market decreased from 16 to 13.
Litchfield County
The number of sold listings increased by 19.62% from December 2023 (158 homes sold) to December 2024 (189 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 13.67% from $329,900 to $375,000 and sold price increased by 18.46% from $325,000 to $385,000. Median days on market decreased from 21 to 17.
