Median list and sold prices increased for the State of Connecticut as a whole, and in Litchfield and New Haven Counties, in October 2024 compared to October 2023. State of Connecticut

The number of sold listings decreased by 2.11% from October 2023 (3,075 homes sold) to October 2024 (3,010 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 5.36% from $374,900 to $395,000 and sold price increased by 5.26% from $380,000 to $400,000. Median days on market decreased from 15 to 11.


Litchfield County

The number of sold listings decreased by 2.59% from October 2023 (193 homes sold) to October 2024 (188 homes sold). The median list price during this time increased by 5.73% from $349,900 to $369,950 and sold price increased by 4.29% from $350,000 to $365,000. Median days on market decreased from 18 to 16.
